Removal of Team Level Usage Dashboard
Change effective on 24 June 2024
On June 3, 2024, we removed the Usage tab for individual Enterprise teams from the Heroku Dashboard. We began directing authorized users to the correct tools for team-level licensing and usage views.
Previously, this dashboard displayed Heroku usage for a specific team as a portion of the licensed resources for the entire account, without showing consumption from other teams on the account. This view led to customer confusion about total consumption. We removed the team usage view while we improve the reporting for account usage, team usage, and license information.
Heroku Enterprise users with the Billing permission can still view the current month’s usage and licensing data for their entire account. You can view usage data by team by downloading a .csv file from the Enterprise account’s Usage tab on the Heroku dashboard. Learn more about downloading your usage data.
