Limit Access For Third-Party OAuth to Team Apps

Change effective on 25 July 2024

The ability to limit access for third-party OAuth is now available to all Heroku Teams. Previously, this feature was only available to Enterprise Teams. With this change, Heroku Team admins can now restrict OAuth access to team-owned resources from all non-Heroku products and services. See the OAuth article for more details.
