There are several teams at Heroku and Salesforce that help support add-on partners. You can get the quickest response by contacting the right team.

Ecosystem Program Team

The Ecosystem Program Team can help with business (non-engineering) questions.

To get in contact with them, open a support ticket. Please include your add-on and company name to help us identify you.

Ecosystem Engineering Team

The Ecosystem Engineering Team can help with technical concerns, such as:

  • Issues or questions about your integration
  • Strategic technical advice about your integration
  • Customer inquiries/issues of a technical nature not already in our support system

The quickest and most reliable way to contact this team is to open a support ticket. Opening a support ticket from this page will automatically put it into the Ecosystem support queue.

Salesforce Vendor Team

The Salesforce Vendor team can help with supplier questions, such as supplier onboarding or bank changes.

To get in contact with them, open a case in Supplierforce, or email vendorrecords@salesforce.com.

Salesforce Accounts Payable Team

The Salesforce Accounts Payable team can help with questions about payments.

To get in contact with them, email accountspayable@salesforce.com.
